We believe it is important to instill the practice of effective warm up, conditioning, individual lessons and group activities within a club environment to reduce injury and accelerate progress. We encourage all those attending the club to participate in our group warm up, footwork and strength and conditioning sessions. Our coaches will help you find the level of intensity right for you.
All fencers are entitled to a short lesson at the club as part of their membership by signing up at the start of the night’s training. It may not always be possible to fit your lesson in that evening but the list will role over to the next session. This does not guarantee you a specific coach. If you would like to arrange longer, individual lessons with a particular coach, please speak with them directly.
